If you are unhappy with the quality of an arrangement that you have received, please reach out to us at 613-824-1700. Replacements will be designed and delivered as appropriate to the situation, with refunds possibly being initiated as well if needed. 

We cannot accept returns, however, as each product is designed and delivered uniquely.
