Some flowers needed to be substituted in the arrangement I ordered, so they called me to explain and apologize. They also added some extra flowers to make up for it. The result was absolutely stunning. Wonderful customer service and quality!

I received a massive anniversary arrangement from my son. It looked fabulous. I would give it a five but they left no instructions for care or floral powder to maintain freshness. I phoned and instructions were given but I would have liked to have received what was intended. I know they cost a lot .
